FAQ

Common questions

Do we need to already be using AI tools?
No. We work with teams at every stage — from "we've heard about this and want to understand it" to "we've got a bunch of tools and nothing's connecting." You don't need to have done anything yet.
Is this only for Microsoft / Google users?
No — that's one of the key differences between us and most managed IT providers. We're platform-agnostic. We connect whatever tools your team actually uses, whether that's Notion, HubSpot, Slack, or something else entirely. The best AI setup goes beyond any one vendor's ecosystem.
What happens to our data?
We use enterprise-tier AI APIs — specifically Anthropic's Claude, which does not train on your data by default. Your business content, client information, and internal documents are not used to improve any AI model. We can provide documentation to satisfy your compliance team if needed.
How is this different from just buying ChatGPT Team or Microsoft Copilot?
Those products give you the tool. We give you the tool, the setup, the integrations with your actual systems, the training, the policy framework, and someone to call when things aren't working. Most businesses buy the licence and see zero change. We're here to make sure that doesn't happen to you.
What size business is this for?
We work best with teams between 5 and 50 people. Large enough that AI adoption makes a real difference, small enough that you want a personal relationship rather than a ticket queue. Founder-led businesses, professional services firms, and growing SMBs are a great fit.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. The ongoing retainer is month-to-month. The onboarding fee is billed once at the start of the engagement. No long-term contracts, no exit fees.
Do you build custom automations and integrations?
That can be scoped separately as a project. The standard retainer covers advisory, strategy, and enabling your team to use AI themselves — rather than building things that create a dependency on us. Custom builds are possible but we'll discuss those case by case.
